5th International Conference on Food Bioactives and Health
The conference covers various aspects of the impact of food bioactives on human health. The topics will include (poly)phenols, carotenoids, glucosinolates, and other organosulfur compounds, bioactive proteins, peptides, and amino acids, as well as fatty acids, sterols, and contaminants—addressing their bioaccessibility, bioavailability, metabolism, and health effects. Some sessions will also focus on personalized nutrition and gut microbiota.
