Purchases at INRAE

INRAE is a contracting authority subject to the public procurement code. In the context of advertising and competitive bidding for its purchases, the Institute implements internal rules that are enforceable against suppliers and service providers who are candidates for a public contract.

The purchasing organization INRAE is decentralized to the units. Each Unit Director is the representative of the contracting authority for the needs of his unit in application of the 2016-75 decision (in french)
