Europe and the World

As a world leading institute for research on agriculture, food, and the environment, INRAE provides the knowledge base to tackle this century global challenges, namely climate change, food insecurity, and the loss of biodiversity. To achieve the agroecological, nutrition and energy transitions that we must make, research has to go beyond frontiers, building stronger European and international partnerships. With its integrated approach, INRAE is able to identify and develop solutions with multiple applications.

In the face of those crucial challenges, INRAE's strategic road map was drawn up with the input of many international players and about 100 national and international partners. It is aligned with the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
